I've noticed a lot of livejournallers using this term to denote a later edit to an entry. Where does it come from, and how is one supposed to read it to avoid "Estimated Time of Arrival"?

If you don't know, and you have a friend who uses it a lot, ask them! If you do know, or want to make up an amusing reason for it, post it! If you don't know and don't have any imagination, post saying so!

It's either "Everyone Took Affront" or "Events Turned Acrimonious". Yes.

Feh. I don't think I've ever seen it before. Guess I'm not in the forefront of netspeak, like how I didn't know nub is the new newb...

Well, I've only seen 'nub' used by kaziko as yet, so i shan't be hopping on that bandwagon with an y great alacrity. :)

Mmmm.. His priest alt Ank tried to teach me that on the priests channel.

He's gone now though, so I can forget all about it. ^_^
