Housemate needed

pfy and I are looking for a third person to live with us in Leytonstone. Details are here, but a quick summary would run along the lines of "large south-facing room in non-smoking household with sane and genuinely nice landlady, immense kitchen, a short walk from the Central Line".

Will be available quite soon, and indeed soon would be sort of nice. If you're interested or know of anyone who is, please let one of us know. I at least can arrange to be available any time for showing-around purposes.
