Well, he -did- resign in disgrace after being caught out in a covert adulterous "affair" with a prostitute. Granted, he didn't kill himself in the pursuit of getting off, wasn't photographed wearing not-entirely-staid underthings, and there wasn't any toe-sucking involved (apparently - though there was football strip) but it's still quite a Tory thing to do.
What I find most amusing, though, is that his classical libertarian principles should consider it perfectly OK. Market forces, and all that. Possibly his wife is less of a committed "liberal" though.
