'Snowman' lavender

I went to the local Farmer's Market this morning, and on impulse bought a lavender plant, under the label of 'Snowman', which would apparently flower white. I've been unable to find the Latin name, unfortunately, except that it isn't a dentata variety.

Now I'm painting a pot to put it in, silver with (probably) green designs on it.
