Sep. 11th, 2006 10:26 amI have new bookcases. Well, new bookcases in potentia. They're still stuck in the chrysalis stage as yet, and sadly show no signs of spreading their shelves and flying up the stairs to their final destination on their own.
Unfortunately, they're not new new bookcases, they're replacement ones. Which is good on one level, since there's not really any wall space for two new six-foot bookcases, but bad because it means the place they're going to go is currently occupied by two other, extremely full, bookcases.
This marks a major watershed in my life, though. For the first time, I deliberately own matching furniture.
