Looks like I haven't completely forgotten how to club (though that particular verb formation looks rather odd to me) after B-movie last night. Had a wonderful time, and for once managed to feel entirely unselfconscious about taking my shirt off to dance. Spent time with lots of lovely people - special mention goes to friend_of_tofu and spikeylady. Very special mention goes of course to redcountess.

Note to self: do NOT leave the house without energy bars, boiled sweets, or something. It may be summer now, but that's no excuse for leaving all the portable life-support system things in the pockets of my warm jacket or the heavy satchel. We survived without incident, but I did feel a bit queasy on the way back. I feel entirely wiped out right now, but that's as much to do with not feeding myself properly as much as anything else.

Other than physically, I feel great - a good friendly club, nice people (though, roll on July 1st) and I got to feel good about dancing for the first time since, er, probably last September. My self-image is clearly in better shape than it used to be. I really haven't been getting out enough.

Thank you to everyone who commented on my last post for the constructive criticism. Yes, this is a shameless request for more, why do you ask?
