It looks (no confirmation) that the horrid delays in the money to which I am owed (I paid for it, with blood, sweat, time and tears), are being coped with by the use of some interim measures.
I don't know if I should take advantage of it. I will, I have needs, but I worry it will gum up the works a bit later.
Then again, the system might not work, and I'll be right where I am now.
