The £50,000-a-year salary is pro rata, and based on work done as needed, largely in the summer holidays, but also at Halloween and at Christmas.

The bit about sex discrimination legislation is bollocks; this role is essentially equivalent to the acting/performance exemption, so they could specify a woman if they wanted to, but presumably they don't.
