The only reason I get out of bed in the morning is because I have to get the girls up for school; and sometimes I don't even manage that. Frequently I end up going back to bed for a few hours with Freda after David's gone to work.

I do better with regards to eating though - I have to make food for Freda during the day, so make enough for the both of us - and there's no way David and the girls would let me get away with not eating dinner.
